SARS-CoV-2
The CellInsightTM Sample Transport and Release reagent (REF#CM-9101) is a combination product of the CellInsightTM Direct SARS-CoV-2 Detection Kit (REF#CM-9002).
The CellInsightTM Sample Transport and Release reagent (REF#CM-9101) is exclusively distributed by MC2 - Dutscher group.
The uniqueness of the CellInsightTM Sample Transport and Release reagent (REF#CM-9101) lies in its inclusion of a lysis, stabilization and transport buffer that allows for the direct sampling of nasopharyngeal swab samples.
To help clinical testing laboratories, the CellInsightTM Sample Transport and Release reagent (REF#CM-9101) is available in bags of 500 tubes intended for collection, lysis and stabilization and transport of nasopharyngeal swab samples to the testing facility. The samples received can be direclty used within real-time RT-PCR : mix the sample transport and release tube before pipettting, transfer 9 µL to a PCR plate and add 11 µL of the rRT-PCR master mix.
- This product is only to be used in conjuction with CellInsightTM Direct SARS-CoV-2 Detection Kit (REF#CM-9002).
- This product is only validated for the direct lysis of SARS-CoV-2 respiratory virus.
